About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Security Officer to join our team at our Fort Lee, NJ location. This role is vital to maintaining the safety and professional atmosphere of our luxury residential communities. You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and guests, ensuring a secure environment while upholding our commitment to white-glove service.
In this position, you will patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings and access points. Your day will involve observing conditions for safety hazards, managing incoming and outgoing traffic, and enforcing facility policies. You will also be responsible for responding to emergency situations, investigating incidents, and preparing detailed reports. Success in this role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
