About the Role
Amazon is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist to protect our Transportation & Logistics operations. In this fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment, you will safeguard facilities, inventory, and associates through proactive security measures, investigations, and data-driven loss prevention strategies. This role offers significant ownership, rapid learning, and the opportunity to improve processes at scale in a high-impact, innovation-focused culture.
You will partner with operations, safety, HR, and legal teams to drive compliance, train staff on security best practices, and support incident response and law enforcement collaboration. Your day-to-day involves monitoring CCTV and access control systems, conducting investigations into theft and policy violations, analyzing shrink trends, and performing risk assessments across sites. You will be responsible for developing action plans to track the effectiveness of preventative measures and preparing clear reports and metrics for leadership.

Requirements
