As a Service Support Analyst, you will serve as the technically skilled frontline for our product ecosystem. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving service issues across gate systems, IP cameras, access control devices, DVR/NVR platforms, and alarm systems. Your day will involve performing remote troubleshooting, executing access-control updates, retrieving video for incident investigations, and proactively monitoring system health to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. You will act as the primary point of contact for communities, translating technical findings into clear, professional communication regarding findings, timelines, and next steps.
Please note: The working hours for this position are Sunday through Wednesday, 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
