About the Role
You will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and departmental duties that require discretion, all in compliance with government and management directives. This role is designed to support the center's operations by ensuring smooth administrative workflows and effective communication.
In this position, you will serve as a central point of contact, receiving telephone calls and visitors, handling routine matters personally, and routing non-routine business to the appropriate staff. You will maintain calendars of events, schedules, and appointments, as well as manage correspondence control logs for incoming and outgoing mail, following up on action items as needed. Additionally, you will review and audit assigned areas regularly to ensure contractual compliance and the effectiveness of delivery services to students, preparing related reports as required. Your day-to-day will also involve preparing special reports, typing and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining files and records, managing statistical data, and arranging travel as necessary.
