As the Division Secretary, you will serve as a vital support pillar for the Dean of Communication and Fine Arts, assisting with key division tasks while managing daily office operations. You will be the central point of contact for the division, ensuring that files, scheduling data, and budget expenses are maintained with precision and confidentiality.
Your day will involve coordinating the hiring process and orientation for new faculty, producing classroom schedules, and planning events for academic programs. Working with minimal supervision, you will navigate a fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information are essential to keeping the team running smoothly.
