The Applied Technologies division at Wagstaff specializes in the engineering and fabrication of stainless steel gloveboxes for the nuclear industry. Our team is currently growing in this division.
As a Records Support Specialist, you will support the DDA II in organizing, classifying, editing, and transmitting documents and records according to set project plans and applicable statutory requirements. You will interface with contractor records management personnel to ensure compliance with special procedures, create formal transmittal letters, and manage the flow of documents from receipt to final distribution. This role requires a balance of administrative precision and the ability to navigate a dynamic manufacturing environment.
While the primary work is performed in a climate-controlled office, the role involves occasional interaction with the manufacturing shop floor. In these areas, you may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels. Coordination with shop floor managers and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment are required when entering these zones.
Wagstaff fosters a supportive and engaging work environment. Employees enjoy paid non-working holidays, monthly site-wide BBQs, and family-friendly company-wide events. We offer a competitive compensation package including an annual bonus program and up to 8% retirement contribution. Additionally, we provide access to a 1,200 sqft onsite gym, accessible 24/7.
For those interested in learning more about our culture, we invite you to join us for a virtual tour of the facility.
Employment at Wagstaff is contingent upon successfully passing a company-paid drug screening and background check upon hire. Benefits eligibility is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies, plans, and programs of Wagstaff.
