We are seeking a talented and motivated Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to lead our Industrial Security program. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and various client-specific security offices. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining a fully compliant security environment for our Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients.
Your day-to-day impact will involve managing the end-to-end execution of our classified work within secure spaces. From developing Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans to overseeing personnel security clearances and implementing the Insider Threat Program, you will ensure that WRA meets all National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and contract-specific requirements. You will also mentor Assistant FSOs, conduct security education training, and manage the logistics of classified document control and facility inspections.
