As a Secretary I based in Twenty-nine Palms, CA, you will serve as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. This role is designed to support managers, executives, and team members by managing communications, organizing schedules, and maintaining accurate records. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling correspondence with discretion and professionalism while supporting a team-oriented environment that emphasizes safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
