Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise construction crew and provide hands-on assistance
- check_circleTrain crew members in accordance with company safety policies
- check_circleOversee all work to ensure compliance with installation standards
- check_circleManage field operations focusing on safety, compliance, and efficiency
- check_circleComplete daily paperwork including timesheets, as-builts, and production reports
- check_circleServe as primary contact for customers, inspectors, and vendors
- check_circleMonitor crew progress to ensure alignment with project schedule and cost estimates
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma preferred
- verifiedProficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards
- verifiedThree (3) years of field experience as a foreman
- verifiedValid driver's license with clean driving record
- verifiedMinimum two (2) years of gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience
- verifiedAbility to read and draft blueprints (as-builts)
Nice to Have
High school diploma, three (3) years of field experience as a foreman, valid driver's license with clean driving record, excellent communications and interpersonal skills, minimum two (2) years of gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience, strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
