About the Role

This entry-level, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to see a different part of your city every day from a bird's-eye view. As part of our billboard construction and operations crew, you will bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Jackson, TN, and the surrounding areas. You will experience the city from above while building and maintaining the structures that keep communities informed.

In this action-packed role, you will work alongside the Operations team to install and maintain billboards, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others. Your day will involve handling large vinyl advertisements, ensuring they are properly assembled to the structure, and performing maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim, and changing light bulbs. Whether you are climbing to heights of up to 200 feet or managing construction upkeep, you will be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and adventure.
