This entry-level, full-time position is designed for individuals who want to see a different part of their city every day from a bird's-eye view. As an Operations crew member based in our Paducah, Kentucky office, you will help bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Paducah and the surrounding areas.
You will experience the city from above while building and maintaining the structures that keep communities informed. This role is action-packed and often involves working alone, requiring you to manage your own work schedules effectively. You will partner with the Operations team to install and maintain billboards, ensuring the safety of yourself and others. From handling large vinyl advertisements to performing construction upkeep, every day offers a new adventure.
As an Installer, your work will take you outdoors in various weather conditions. You will work alongside the team to install advertisements, which often involves handling large vinyl flexes and ensuring they are properly assembled to the billboard structure. The tallest structures in the company reach around 200 feet, so comfort with heights is essential.
Maintenance duties include construction work such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, repairing trim, changing light bulbs, and conducting storm damage repairs. You will use power and manual tools to maintain operation vehicles and construction equipment. The role requires climbing ladders, carrying tools to the worksite, and documenting installations through photos and written logs.
We provide all the training and equipment needed to start your full-time career. Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training program.
