About the Role

This entry-level, full-time position is designed for individuals who want to see a different part of their city every day from a bird's-eye view. As part of our billboard construction and operations crew, you will experience the city from above while building and maintaining the structures that keep communities informed.

You will work alongside the Operations team to install and maintain billboards, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others. Your day will involve handling large vinyl advertisements, ensuring they are properly assembled to the structure, and performing maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, and repairing sign faces. Comfort with heights is essential, as you may work on structures up to 200 feet tall. This role often requires working alone and managing your own schedule effectively, blending adventure with a people-first culture that values connection and transparency.
