This entry-level, full-time position is designed for those who want to see a different part of their city every day from a bird's-eye view. As part of our Operations crew in Knoxville, Tennessee, you will bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in the area. You will experience the city from above while building and maintaining the structures that keep communities informed.
The role is action-packed and often requires working alone, demanding that you manage your work schedule effectively. You will partner with the Operations team to install and maintain billboards, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others. A typical day involves handling large vinyl advertisements, ensuring they are properly assembled to the structure, and performing maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, painting steel structures, and repairing sign faces. Comfort with heights is essential, as you may work on structures up to 200 feet tall.
We provide all the training and equipment needed to start your full-time career. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training program designed to prepare you for the job.
