We are seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-paced eCommerce support team during the Peak season. This fully remote opportunity is designed for candidates based in Mexico who are confident in their English communication skills and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences across phone, chat, email, and SMS channels.
The role focuses on staying organized and communicating professionally to resolve purchase-related inquiries and order support issues. You will build positive customer relationships through clear, solution-focused interactions while accurately documenting all customer updates.
This seasonal project runs through September 11, 2026. Selected candidates will begin with paid training starting Monday, June 8, 2026. The preparation phase includes one week of formal training followed by one week of supported on-the-job experience before transitioning to live customer support.
