About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with the patience to help customers and a knack for providing friendly service? As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair at Spectrum, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. Every day, your work will strengthen connections between Spectrum and our customers.

You will be the voice of a Fortune 100 company, resolving TV inquiries while creating best-in-class customer experiences. This role is designed for those who enjoy talking to people and thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, and subscriber challenges, while navigating computer systems and learning about our core TV products and services.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is onsite (not hybrid or remote) and operates within a call center environment. We are a large organization with bustling 24/7 call centers offering a variety of shifts. During your shift, you will find yourself in the office answering calls, resolving issues, and working with a supportive, energetic team in an open, friendly environment.

Training: Extensive training is provided for 13 weeks, running from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Schedule: After completing training, you must be flexible to work a schedule from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with two weekdays off. The role requires the ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hiring & Application Details

Eligibility: This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Compensation: The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The base pay for this position generally ranges between $20.00 and $36.35, with the actual compensation offered carefully considering skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions may be eligible for additional incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Start Date: Classes begin June 23, 2026.
