About the Role

You will be expected to understand customer needs, assist in locating and demonstrating products, and provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
The role is critical for maintaining the visual integrity and operational efficiency of the store. You will collaborate closely with the Merchandising Service team and store leadership to prioritize projects, manage schedules, and communicate needs regarding materials and supplies. By analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution, you help drive add-on sales and ensure the store environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with Lowe's standards.
