This position serves as a vital link between store operations, vendor partnerships, and the customer experience. While the majority of the role focuses on behind-the-scenes execution—managing merchandise resets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring store safety—the role also embraces the opportunity to directly engage with customers. When the chance arises, you will assist shoppers by locating items, demonstrating products, and providing knowledgeable answers to questions about stock, special orders, and warranty information.
You will collaborate closely with the Merchandising Service team and store leadership to prioritize projects, manage schedules, and ensure that all in-store displays meet Lowe's specifications. Your work ensures that the store remains clean, safe, and organized, from managing plantograms and pricing labels to operating power equipment for stock rotation and handling damaged goods.
