This position is designed to be the backbone of the store's visual and operational standards. While the majority of the role focuses on behind-the-scenes execution—ensuring merchandise resets, maintaining planogram accuracy, and managing inventory logistics—the role remains deeply connected to the customer experience. You will be expected to engage with customers whenever the opportunity arises, assisting them in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise, while also providing knowledgeable answers to their questions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Merchandising Service team and store management to communicate project priorities and ensure that all resets and displays meet Lowe's specifications. Your day will involve a mix of analytical and physical tasks: analyzing metrics to provide feedback on project execution, operating power equipment to move and display products, and ensuring the store environment remains safe, clean, and secure. You will act as a guardian of the store's presentation, from verifying pricing accuracy and updating wayfinding signage to detecting security risks and maintaining housekeeping standards.
