About the Role
The National/Alamo brand is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team at the Rochester Airport location. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing superior, friendly, and efficient transactions to ensure a positive experience for every customer. You will facilitate the entire rental process, from verifying driver information and documentation to managing returns, ensuring a timely and seamless journey for our guests.
This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will meet and greet customers professionally, communicate rental terms and vehicle features, and utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs for optional products and upgrades. You will also serve as a resource for directions, local area information, and reservation support, while assisting in assessing vehicle conditions upon return.
Seasonal Window & Schedule
This seasonal opportunity runs from April 15, 2026, through October 16, 2026. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability:
- Option 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM); Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off.
- Option 2: Monday through Thursday and Sunday (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM); Friday and Saturday off.
