As the first point of contact for visitors to Mumm Napa, the Concierge plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive. This position is dedicated to providing a warm, professional, and gracious welcome that sets the tone for the entire visit. You will serve as an outstanding ambassador for the Mumm Napa brand, ensuring every guest feels valued and informed.
In this fast-paced seasonal role, you will coordinate the flow of guests to various venues and experiences, managing reservations and seating with precision. Beyond logistics, you will act as a knowledgeable guide, offering personalized recommendations for wine experiences, local attractions, and dining. Your ability to multitask and maintain a big-picture perspective while attending to minute details will be essential in creating memorable interactions and fostering guest loyalty.
This is a seasonal position running from June through October, with a schedule of Saturday through Wednesday.
You will be joining the Marketing department at Mumm Napa, working seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations. Your collaboration will be key to delivering timely service and a cohesive experience for every visitor.

2 to 5 years' experience as a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel host/hostess or concierge. Intermediate computer skills with experience in CRM, database systems, or restaurant reservations/table management systems. Foreign language skills. A degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field. Knowledge of wine and wine production. In-depth knowledge of local Napa Valley attractions, wineries, restaurants, and hotels.
