About the Role
We are seeking a positive and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our hotel guests. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating exceptional customer service experiences by managing the check-in and check-out processes, issuing room keys, and handling payments with accuracy.
Your day will involve building rapport with guests through friendly conversation to identify their needs, while also coordinating closely with housekeeping staff to ensure room availability. You will act as a hub of information, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and describing the features and amenities of our guest rooms. The ability to maintain a positive attitude and resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation is essential, even when faced with challenging situations.
