In this role, you will partner with the Team Leader to drive daily operations, ensuring profitability, expense control, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the departmental point person in the absence of the Team Leader, fostering a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale. Your day will involve guiding team members, resolving concerns, and ensuring the highest standards of retail execution while delighting customers.
