About the Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader and coach for our Agile teams in Atlanta. This role is designed to help teams grow, enhance their performance, and adhere to Agile best practices while ensuring smooth delivery of product features.
As a key facilitator, you will guide the team through Agile and Lean methodologies, supporting ceremonies and release planning. Your focus will be on removing blockers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment, and driving continuous improvement to boost productivity, transparency, and predictability. You will work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to manage cross-team dependencies and ensure the adoption of quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
