We bring together cross-functional expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and program management to design and build high-performance systems that meet complex mission requirements.
About the Role
As a Chief Systems Engineer, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the full lifecycle of EO/IR solutions. Your mission involves synthesizing, defining, analyzing, developing, and integrating these systems from concept through test. You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to ensure seamless integration, technical risk assessment, and verification of performance measures.
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our surveillance capabilities. You will define system architectures, establish operational concepts, and create the architectural guidelines that drive future technologies. Beyond technical design, you will foster collaboration to resolve interface problems, provide production support, and ensure that all engineering processes are effectively implemented on our programs.
