Our team integrates electromechanical devices for precise motion and focus control, driving innovation in space-based payloads and vehicle systems.

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team as a program technical lead (Lead or Chief Systems Engineer, IPT Lead) to support recently won programs. In this role, you will perform critical technical analysis, manage specifications, and generate design review and technical documents. You will lead test and design verification efforts, oversee requirements sell-off, and manage end item data package (EIDP) generation.

You will serve as a technical leader throughout the entire project lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and compatibility of all system components. This position offers the opportunity to mentor and train junior engineers, contribute to proposal development, and engage in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency. You will utilize systems engineering tools and methodologies to support model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and architect end-to-end space systems with a full understanding of the product lifecycle.
