You will serve as a critical link in maintaining secure MS Windows networks and ensuring the integrity of the JWICS enterprise. Your work will directly support the mission by providing technical security, ISSM/ISSO support, and security monitoring. You will interface directly with local customers to rapidly resolve IT anomalies while providing technical guidance and mentorship to the 96 TW/XP2 team members.
This role requires the ability to work dynamically within SCIF environments and effectively interact with Department of Defense (DoD), military, civilian, and industry personnel. The position involves routine troubleshooting, hardware/firmware upgrades, and system configuration changes. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility may be required.

With the onset of some live events being reduced in size due to COVID-19 – Canvas restructured events and will now offer a live stream studio environment which gives our clients the ability to host a hybrid: live and virtual event experience.
