About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a diverse urban district. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF), you will join a team dedicated to supporting students' academic and social-emotional development. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and providing direct therapy services for a wide range of communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and provide staff training. The district fosters a culture of strong community bonds and a shared sense of purpose, particularly for educators supporting students who face significant challenges. For Clinical Fellows, the district provides necessary supervision and onboarding assistance.
