About the Role

As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be the vital link between clinical expertise and educational success. This role exists to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the school setting. You will work alongside teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that drive student progress.

Your day will be filled with a blend of direct clinical intervention and strategic collaboration. You will provide individual and group therapy services, screen students for MTSS/RTI processes, and participate in eligibility evaluations. Beyond the clinic, you will educate families on student goals, lead IEP meetings, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for diverse learners. Your work ensures compliance with school and federal guidelines while fostering a supportive atmosphere for both students and staff.
