PediaStaff is a mission-driven organization dedicated to connecting children with high-quality therapy services. Our collaborative and supportive team works tirelessly to improve outcomes for students in schools across the community, ensuring every child receives the care they need to thrive.
As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be the vital link between clinical expertise and educational success. This role exists to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the school setting. You will work alongside teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that drive student progress.
Your day will be filled with a blend of direct clinical intervention and strategic collaboration. You will provide individual and group therapy services, screen students for MTSS/RTI processes, and participate in eligibility evaluations. Beyond the clinic, you will educate families on student goals, lead IEP meetings, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for diverse learners. Your work ensures compliance with school and federal guidelines while fostering a supportive atmosphere for both students and staff.
To join our team, please submit your application with your resume and relevant credentials. Selected candidates will proceed through a standard interview process, which typically includes a review of qualifications, a conversation with the hiring team, and a final discussion regarding team fit and role expectations.
