PediaStaff is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication and academic success. In this Education & Training role within Healthcare & Medical Services, you will serve as a vital partner in the educational environment, assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
Your mission is to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure every student thrives. You will provide direct and indirect therapy services in both individual and group settings, while also offering education and consultation to staff and caregivers on effective communication strategies.

You will evaluate students using standardized and informal assessments to create tailored treatment plans aligned with school and state requirements. Your work will involve active participation in IEP meetings, student support teams, and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will also ensure all services comply with IDEA, state education regulations, and professional practice standards, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress toward student goals.
To join our team, candidates must possess an active state Speech-Language Pathology license and be eligible for background checks and school clearances. We value clinical experience and prefer candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and ASHA membership.
