As a School Leader, you will own the school-level strategy and execution for academic outcomes, school culture, staff performance, and operational reliability. Reporting directly to the Chief Schools Officer, you will set priorities for the school leadership team and ensure alignment with regional expectations. This role exists to drive student achievement by fostering a cohesive environment where high-quality instruction thrives and every staff member is empowered to grow.
Your day-to-day work blends academic leadership with operational stewardship. You will set and execute an instructional vision aligned to regional priorities, monitoring student performance through internal and external assessments to ensure strong curriculum implementation. Beyond the classroom, you will recruit, hire, and retain high-performing teachers, while supervising and developing Assistant School Leaders and Instructional Coaches. You will partner with families to build trust, monitor attendance and behavior, and collaborate with the Manager of Operations to ensure reliable school systems that protect instructional time.
Success in this role is measured by strong student academic growth, high-quality instructional practice, staff retention, and the creation of a positive school culture. You will be evaluated on your ability to maintain reliable operational systems and your capacity to build leadership within your team.
