About the Role
The organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all school-based programming. This role exists to foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered educational environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of students.\n Working closely with the Vice President/Director of Education, the Principal will help guide strategic planning, policy development, and continuous program improvement. The position serves as a collaborative and visionary educational leader, responsible for building strong relationships with staff, families, community partners, and outside agencies while promoting a culture of accountability, equity, inclusion, and professional growth.
