About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting youth as they build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and achieve success in school and life? As a School Based Support Specialist at Centerstone, you will provide intensive outpatient case management and behavioral health support directly within school settings. This role is designed for those who enjoy working in a collaborative environment alongside schools, families, and community providers.
You will deliver individualized, person-centered interventions aligned with treatment plans, supporting students across school, home, and community environments. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with internal teams, schools, families, and external providers to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes. We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and organized professional committed to youth development and recovery-oriented services.
