The School Audiologist is a specialized professional dedicated to helping students access their education by identifying, diagnosing, and managing hearing, balance, and auditory-processing challenges. Your work ensures students can fully participate in learning, communication, and social interaction, making you an essential part of the school support team. This role is based district-wide in Gig Harbor, Washington, with a contract length of 38 weeks starting September 2, 2026.
You will provide expert evaluations, manage equipment, participate in IEP development, and collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers. As a key member of the school's special education team, you will offer recommendations to teachers and staff to support student access while managing hearing-assistive technology and documentation.
