We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace through employee resource groups and community involvement, ensuring our mission aligns with our values of well-being and growth.
This position offers a unique opportunity to provide diagnostic and therapeutic audiology services within our Coon Rapids and Buffalo clinics. You will be part of a team that sees all ages for hearing tests, hearing aids, bone-anchored hearing aids, and a new program for adult cochlear implants. The role involves selecting and administering behavioral and electrophysiological tests to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment, establishing treatment goals, and fitting assistive devices.
Your day will feature a variety of visits, including ENT audiology appointments, hearing aid rechecks, consults, fittings, and comprehensive hearing tests. You will have the option to engage in specialized testing such as ABR and vestibular assessments. This is a day-shift, 40-hour role with no call or weekend rotation, allowing for a balanced schedule while you manage an average patient load of 10-12 per day. We welcome both new and experienced audiologists to join our collaborative environment.
Candidates with a doctoral or Ph.D. level advanced degree in Audiology from an accredited program, along with required licensure and board certification, are encouraged to apply. The selection process evaluates clinical experience, knowledge of hearing aid fitting, and alignment with our team's collaborative culture.
