The After School Site Supervisor serves as the operational and programmatic leader for a school-based after-school program. This role is critical for maintaining the daily quality of care, ensuring a safe and enriching environment, and driving compliance with Ohio childcare licensing and Step Up To Quality standards. Your day involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, managing challenging behaviors through trauma-informed practices, and ensuring all safety procedures and emergency protocols are strictly followed. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to building positive relationships with families, addressing concerns professionally, and collaborating with school staff and agency partners to support outreach and community engagement.
