About the Role
As a part-time Scheduler / Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator, you will be essential to the success of our Scottsdale office. This role exists to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, confident, and valued in their care.
Your day-to-day involves more than just scheduling; you will be the voice and face of our practice. You will create a positive, welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and interacting with patients over the phone. You will utilize your organizational skills to maintain accurate files, collect and distribute documents, and coordinate deliveries. Additionally, you will help keep the office clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies, while diligently following up on missed appointments and collecting payments.
