The Public Records Unit (PRU) Research Analyst I serves as a critical liaison for the Massachusetts State Police (MSP) BWC Program. This position coordinates and tracks timely, appropriate responses to a wide array of external inquiries, including public records requests, court orders, subpoenas, agency demands, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) filings.
In this role, you will ensure that all information releases adhere strictly to state and federal statutes while maintaining the department's internal protocols.
