The Sales Support Administrative Coordinator serves as the operational backbone for a team of outside sales executives. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will ensure sales opportunities move efficiently from the initial proposal stage through final order processing. Your work is critical in managing documentation, verifying accuracy, and coordinating across internal teams to keep deals progressing without bottlenecks.
You will act as a trusted partner to approximately 10 sales representatives, balancing competing priorities to meet tight deadlines. Success in this role is defined by your ability to manage a high volume of activities with speed and precision, ensuring that orders, proposals, and configurations are completed correctly the first time. You will be the go-to resource for resolving sales and client inquiries, maintaining professionalism even when sales representatives are unavailable, and proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
This position operates within a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment and collaborating closely with internal departments and leasing partners. The role requires a meticulous approach to detail and strong interpersonal skills to foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
