About the Role
As a Scheduler, you will be the operational heartbeat of our transportation routes, ensuring their efficient and seamless execution. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex logistical planning and real-time execution. You will be responsible for accurately assigning and filling designated routes, handling route openings, insertions, and extensions, and resolving issues as they arise.
Your day will involve providing timely instructions to bus operators and acting as a vital liaison between the carrier and emergency services. You will manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service. Whether addressing customer inquiries about no-shows, cancellations, or missed trips, or managing emergency situations for vehicle operators, your attention to detail and effective communication will ensure satisfaction for both our operational team and the customers we serve.
