Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssign repair orders to technicians based on skill level and availability
- check_circleMonitor job progress and rebalance workloads to minimize downtime
- check_circleMaintain and enforce a clear priority system for all repair orders
- check_circleReview repair orders for clarity, accuracy, and readiness prior to dispatch
- check_circleTrack technician productivity, efficiency, and cycle time metrics daily
- check_circlePartner with service advisors to provide accurate timelines and job updates
- check_circleIdentify workflow bottlenecks and escalate operational issues to leadership
- check_circleReport daily and weekly performance results to the Service Manager
Requirements
- verifiedDemonstrated experience in dispatching, scheduling, or service workflow coordination
- verifiedExperience working directly with technicians in a service or repair environment
- verifiedFamiliarity with technician productivity, efficiency, and cycle time metrics
- verifiedProficiency with dispatching, scheduling, or service management software
- verifiedAbility to work Saturdays as needed
- verifiedAbility to pass a background check and drug test
