About the Role
As a Dispatcher/CSR, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for our contractors and customers. This role is designed to ensure seamless operations by bridging the gap between client needs and our internal teams. You will handle inbound calls with professionalism, manage the logistics of placing and tracking orders, and coordinate complex schedules for deliveries and pick-ups. Your work directly impacts the efficiency of our technicians and warehouse staff, ensuring that on-time service and accurate order fulfillment remain our top priorities.
The Day-to-Day
In this fast-paced environment, you will juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Your day will involve routing calls, entering and updating customer orders with precision, and providing timely product and order-status information to stakeholders. You will act as a problem-solver, prioritizing urgent requests and resolving issues before they escalate. Beyond logistics, you will contribute to our culture of safety and quality while participating in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of HVAC and electrical products.
