About the Role
Our client is seeking a Scheduler to serve as the vital bridge between customers and their production teams. In this role, you will ensure production operations run smoothly by managing daily crew schedules, handling job orders, and guaranteeing that the right resources are in the right place at the right time. You will act as the primary liaison, fostering clear communication to optimize installation performance and maintain high standards of service.
Day in the Life
As the central point of contact, your day involves building and managing daily schedules for both residential and commercial job orders. You will collect, validate, and prioritize incoming and outgoing installation orders, ensuring production managers always have complete and accurate data. Your focus will be on proactive follow-through and timely communication to address scheduling gaps or trends as they arise. While the environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, you will work both independently and collaboratively to keep operations on track.
Location and Schedule
This position is based on-site in Tampa, FL (33602). The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility is required to work overtime and weekends when business needs dictate.
