About the Role
The SBA Closing Manager oversees and coordinates the closing process for SBA loans, ensuring compliance with SBA regulations and bank policies. This role serves as a critical bridge between clients, loan officers, legal teams, and vendors to facilitate timely and accurate loan closings. The position requires a leader who can manage a team of closing associates while ensuring all closing documentation adheres to SBA Standard Operating Procedures and internal policies.

Work Environment
This is an on-site position located in Houston, TX, Metairie, LA, or Charlotte, NC. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
