About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Medical Assistant with front office expertise to enhance our team. This is a part-time position available Saturday only from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role, blending clinical skills with administrative excellence to ensure exceptional patient care.
You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team committed to excellence. We value team players who can navigate both the clinical and front-office aspects of our practice, from obtaining patient vitals and performing EKGs to managing insurance inquiries and maintaining a friendly environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare laboratory order forms and obtain patient lab results
- check_circleAnswer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- check_circleConduct follow-up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns
- check_circleMonitor daily inventory levels of clinical and office supplies
- check_circleScan and upload documents into patient files daily
- check_circleDocument patient progress notes in the patient chart and EMR
- check_circleAssist physicians with patient referrals to other healthcare professionals
- check_circleParticipate in clinic marketing efforts to promote profitability
- check_circleTrain additional staff on daily procedures when requested
- check_circleObtain patient vitals, perform EKGs, and conduct phlebotomy procedures
- check_circleAdminister intramuscular injections to patients
- check_circleGreet patients and maintain a friendly, exceptional service environment
Requirements
