As the SAP Procurement and Planning Lead, you will spearhead the Procurement and Planning streams within our SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. This role is designed for a strategic leader who combines deep functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning (PP-MRP) with the ability to manage complex global projects.
In this position, you will act as the Workstream Lead, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Your day-to-day involves overseeing solution design, configuration, and testing while ensuring alignment with S/4HANA best practices and global templates. You will facilitate cross-functional workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive the successful deployment of logistics processes across international operations.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical depth and leadership capabilities. The journey typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and experience, followed by a technical deep-dive into SAP S/4HANA logistics scenarios. Subsequent rounds will focus on system design, project management approaches, and team fit to ensure alignment with our collaborative culture.
