About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer (S/4HANA) to join our in-house team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly as a full-time W2 employee on a long-term, multi-year Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. Unlike traditional vendor roles, you will be an integral part of Bright Vision Technologies, contributing directly to our delivery roadmap without third-party client or vendor involvement.

In this role, you will design, develop, and support custom enhancements, integrations, and reports within large enterprise SAP landscapes. You will span the full development lifecycle, collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-documented technical designs. The ideal candidate will combine deep ABAP expertise with a strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori integration, and clean-core principles to minimize technical debt and ensure future upgrade readiness.
