About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Project Manager to serve as the central leader for our critical payroll transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of complex SAP Payroll implementations, enhancements, and migrations. Your mission is to ensure seamless payroll operations by bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy.
You will work within a dynamic environment that values precision and compliance. The day-to-day involves orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing relationships with third-party vendors and offshore resources, and navigating the complexities of global payroll regulations. This position is not just about managing timelines; it is about safeguarding the integrity of our financial data and ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, regardless of the scale of the project.
Location & Work Model
This position is based in Bellevue, WA, with a flexible Remote/Hybrid work model. Candidates must be available during PST working hours. We welcome applicants with H1B visa sponsorship eligibility.

- check_circleEnsure compliance with payroll regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- check_circleFacilitate testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Payroll Parallel Runs
- check_circleManage third-party vendors, consultants, and offshore teams as required
- check_circleIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- check_circleSupport change management, training, and post-production stabilization activities
Requirements
