About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Program/Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP data migration initiatives. This role is critical for driving the success of SAP S/4HANA implementations, ECC upgrades, carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, and global transformation programs. You will be responsible for the planning, governance, execution, and delivery of large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data quality, compliance, business continuity, and successful cutover execution.
In this position, you will serve as the central hub connecting business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, data architects, ETL developers, testing teams, and third-party vendors. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the seamless migration of master data, transactional data, and historical data into SAP systems, while defining the strategic roadmap and governance frameworks that guide these complex transformations.
