About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer (S/4HANA) to join our dynamic, in-house team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly for Bright Vision Technologies on long-term, multi-year Statement of Work (SOW) engagements, rather than as a third-party vendor or contractor. You will contribute to our mission by designing, developing, and supporting custom enhancements, integrations, and reports within large enterprise SAP landscapes.

In this role, you will span the full development lifecycle, collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Your work will focus on leveraging S/4HANA architecture, Fiori integration, and clean-core principles to minimize technical debt and ensure future upgrade readiness. You will be part of a well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential in a fully remote environment.

Employment Terms

This is a 100% remote, full-time, direct W2 position with Bright Vision Technologies. We do not engage in C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements for this role. Candidates must be willing to work directly as a full-time employee of Bright Vision Technologies.

Regarding visa status, we do not offer new H1B sponsorship for this role. However, candidates currently on a valid H1B visa who require a transfer are welcome to apply, and we will support H1B transfers for qualified candidates.
