About the Role

As a direct W2 employee of Bright Vision Technologies, you will work on our in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement. There is no third-party client, vendor, or implementation partner involved; you will be contributing directly to our delivery roadmap. This is a long-term, multi-year position designed for professionals who want to grow within a stable, in-house environment.

The Day-to-Day

In this role, you will span the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to hands-on coding, unit testing, and post-go-live support. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Your work will focus on designing custom enhancements, integrations, and reports within large enterprise SAP landscapes, ensuring adherence to clean-core principles to minimize technical debt and ease future upgrades.
